Happy new year to all of our loyal subscribers, 

First of all, we owe a big thanks to our regulars who contributed to the Dine Smart campaign throughout December. Sarti raised over $1000 for the homeless and we couldn't have done it without you! 

There is plenty to read about in this month’s edition. Try our calamari recipe at home, or plan your Melbourne Food & Wine Festival calendar for March. Annual events like our chilli-eating competition sell out quickly! 

We are also exited to announce renovations in the Sarti kitchen. Construction is scheduled for early February, and we will confirm dates of closure with you very soon. 

This weather is perfect for a glass of Prosecco on our rooftop. If we don’t see you at the restaurant, we hope that wherever you are, you are enjoying the sunshine.
