Renovations are now underway at the restaurant, with plans to reopen on Thursday the 1st of March 2012. The revamp includes a new kitchen, as well as a refreshed bar and dining room.
Although we are closed, there is still plenty to read about in this February Edition. See the recipe of the month for Riccardo’s Valentines special. He has shared four of his signature stuzzichini (Calabrian share plates) recipes which are big on flavor, but easy to make at home.
Sarti still has some Melbourne Food & Wine Festival tickets available. Highlights of the festival include ‘Mediterranean Society’ with bar Lourinha's Matt McConnell at Sarti, as well as our annual event 'eat drink chilli' (dish from last year pictured above).
Thanks for your patience with Sarti's closure and we look forward to sharing our new menu with you in March.
