Sarti are thrilled to invite you to celebrate the release of head chef Riccardo Momesso's beautiful new book, ‘Antonio & Lucia: Recipes and Stories from My Australian–Calabrian Kitchen’. On the 30th of May, Riccardo and his parents will serve up their favourite family recipes over four hearty and rustic courses. Seats are only $100 per guest and include Italian wine by the carafe.

For those that missed Riccardo's appearance on 'The Circle', we've got the full recipe and video clip. This baked eggplant is sure to warm you up. Eat the leftovers in a roll for lunch the next day.

Riccardo plates up at 'Food for thought', the Stroke Foundations annual charity dinner. Sarti takes a lunchtime approach to degustation for just $35 per guest. We also announce our Italian 'Mum Cha', mothers day menu.

For home cooks we recommend borlotti beans (pictured left). They make a fuss free and winter warming soup. Other delicious veggies in season are pumpkins & Jerusalem artichokes. At Sarti guinea fowl egg pasta, mushroom & cuttlefish are a winning combination.
