'Eat drink chilli' is a dinner event inspired by “La Sagre del Peperoncino” - The Chilli Festival of Diamante in Calabria, Italy.
Chef Riccardo Momesso will arouse your taste buds preparing dishes from the Calabrian region famous for its fiery history and spicy cuisine.
The ‘Chilli Off’
A dinner for two followed by a spicy night at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne is up for grabs to those who can eat the most chillies in the "Chilli Off"…
Our current chill eating champion also returns to the table to defend his title.
