“A Beer Degustation” with Three Troupers Brewery

Local Victorian beer makers David and Marianne Troup bring the Pyrenees to Melbourne CBD.
Continuing the legacy of their Scottish forefathers, the Troup‘s will present three superb locally produced beers to be matched with a four course degustation by chef Riccardo Momesso.
Three Troupers latest release - Amber Ale, will become the featured drink of the night.
Commencing the evening on Sarti's infamous rooftop terrace, attending guests will enjoy a “Highland Ale Sour”.
Four courses by Riccardo Momesso will highlight the chef‘s specialty; rustic Italian game foods from the Earth.
Expect the unexpected with Momesso‘s modern creations of earthy Italian flavours; “squid ink risotto with traces of gold” and “Pan Seared Venison with chocolate glaze and malt soil”. Challenging Italian traditions and inspired by the evening‘s rustic theme; “Eel Sushi” and “Amber Ale Gelato”.
A complimentary dinner for two at Sarti and a case of Three Troupers Amber Ale will be up for grabs to any guest that can correctly identify the ingredients and the beer featured in the Highland Ale Sour
From palette cleansing pilsners, to full bodied and creamy ales, this beer degustation evening promises to be one of Melbourne‘s most outstanding beer dinners this autumn.
